we had the family room which was luxurious with breakfast included. the staff was very good and courteous, as well as host. the hotel was stunningly beautiful and in a central location.
It had low water pressure and it was inconvenient.

The property is fairly clean. the staff is VERY, VERY NICE. the room is spotless and airy. the location is great and unbeatable, just 1 mile from Jacksonville Beach Pier. It is located near good restaurants.
