    we had the family room which was luxurious with breakfast included. the staff was very good and courteous, as well as host. the hotel was stunningly beautiful and in a central location.

    It had low water pressure and it was inconvenient.

    Everyone was welcoming and pleasant as well as host. The family room was light with central heating, tea/coffee making equipment and a work desk. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of The Venue Comedy Club. The property was set in a really quiet area.

    It was just a prime choice for a fleeting trip in Carlisle (Cumbria) with very nice value for money. The bed was quite comfortable despite the room feeling a bit dated. Make sure to check parking options ahead of time as it can be tight.

    Cozy stay with great breakfast

    I stayed for just one night in the family room and it was super nice-clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was amazing with fresh filter coffee and different choices. The host even heated up my dinner for me, really sweet. Just wish the WiFi was better-was a bit slow at times.

    The room was charming and clean, perfect for a solo getaway. I appreciated the warm welcome and felt quite at home. Plus, they even warmed up my meal-now that's hospitality with a touch of class!
